Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is gentle on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth out the brew, while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It would complement vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that is just boiling will keep it warm. After the coffee is brewed, allow it to sit for 4 minutes, this ensures that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water is then moved through the grounds using the plunger, but do not stir or stir the coffee, this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Strength - 3 is a little softer and easygoing, perfect for lazy weekends.

single origin coffee beans  is an aromatic light roast that has an uplifting scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a soft mouthfeel that sooths the palette. The cocoa-like hints can be traced back to a winters' day in the living room, reading a good book with a warm family hug. To brew the coffee, first heat up your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from becoming over extracted and resulting in undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that just boiled. For 4 minutes, simmer, plunge and enjoy.
